Community Borrowers

Supporting Community Learning

Are you a member of the public who is interested in accessing an extensive collection of scholarly books? Are you a high school student looking for more resources? Or do you simply love to read?

If so, a Community Borrower card may be right for you.

A Community Borrower card is free to members of the public who reside in the college region and are 16 years of age or over. If you're interested in borrowing material from any of NIC's four libraries, follow the links below to discover how you can become a Community Borrower.
