Please ask the library staff member you are working with for help when:
- A patron has a reference question
- A student's account is blocked and they want to pay their fine
- You require an override password to be entered in WorkFlows (unless it is 'ten', the override password for multiple items)
- You are unsure of the correct answer to a question
- You are unsure how to perform a task
