Port Alberni

One duck wants to bake a cake
One duck is feeling artistic
One duck wants to chill with some magazines
One duck is admiring the view
One duck has some scanning to do

Campbell River

I can take you to places you’ve never seen, but usually, I’m tethered to a screen.
I’m not a book, but I do tell stories, in shorter form, I hold many categories.
Silence is golden, as scholars might say, find a spot here, to read or to study away.
The start and the end of your library quest, I check things in and out, at your behest.
Where words come to play and pictures are bright, I’m a section that’s a young reader’s delight.

Comox Valley

You need to stop and take a seat
in this room, not even a peep,
this is the place for you to study
ssshhhh, no chatting with your buddy.

Table and chairs and space, oh, my,
whiteboards and windows to see the sky,
share your ideas and study for courses
or ask for help with tech resources.

I’m black and white and read all over,
I’m full of stories and flyers for grocers,
find me with magazines and pamphlets galore
for news that’s near and far and more.

Have a question, need a hand?
looking for support to understand
how you search or add a citation,
this desk is the perfect location.

Be like a fish, surrounded by glass,
Choose a seat, join a workshop or class,
This room has many desks and displays,
Online game, draft an email or better yet, write your essay.
