Tutors: Tutorial & Contract

1. Go to https://nic-bc-ca.libapps.com/libapps/login.php and enter the login credentials provided by the Peer Tutoring Coordinator. Then click Log into LibApps.

2. You access your account by clicking the hyperlinked LibCal text in the center of the screen (underneath Amin Interface).

3. Select Appointments from the orange band to set your availability.

4. To complete your schedule select Availability from the top navigation.

5. Complete your availability by selecting dates & times. If your availability remains the same from week to week, you can tick the weekly box (see example below). If your availability is staggered, you will need to enter individual dates.

You must select *Peer Tutoring as the location.

You must click Add Availability to save these changes. You will then see your schedule on the right.
