Formatting Annotated Bibliographies

Every annotation should include a citation which will include bibliographic information such as title, date, author, publisher, etc. Citations need to be formatted using the particular style that your discipline requires; for example, APA, MLA, Chicago, etc. It's important to confirm with your instructor which citation style to use.

Annotations should be written in paragraph form and are usually 80-200 words or 3-7 sentences long.

Note: When writing an annotated bibliography in APA Style, ensure that it is double-spaced
