Our priority at the circulation desk is to provide prompt service and accurate information to those that approach. If you are unsure on how to direct or inform a patron, please refer to a staff member, the library website or this manual. Remember too, that we receive many questions that do not pertain to the library, you may find that you gain knowledge in many areas other than the library due to the variety of questions and enquiries we encounter. Learning general information about the college is always helpful when you can direct the student to a more appropriate staff member or department.
