- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Do not give out information about one patron/student or their library account to another patron/student.
- Do not leave student account information open on the circulation computers.
- Do not answer questions about whether or not a patron/student is currently in the library or has been in the library that day.
- Do not disclose who has a specific item checked out.
- Do not disclose who has a study room booked in the library.
- Do not make negative comments about items that a patron/student is checking out at the library.
