How to Order Books and Articles NOT available at NIC

Article Delivery System - TitanFile

The NIC Library will deliver interlibrary loan articles to students using TitanFile, a secure file sharing system. After you place your ILL, you will receive an email with a link to a PDF version of the article you requested.

• If you don't see an email from TitanFile 48 hours after you submitted your request, call the library at (250)334-5037. Also, confirm the email hasn't been sent to your junk folder.
• TitanFile download links expire two weeks after they are sent. Once you download the PDF, it is yours to keep.

Book Delivery

If you'd like to request a book or an article not found in the NIC Library collection, you can request these items from academic and public libraries across the province.

When your book arrives, you will be notified by telephone or via your NIC email address. Books can be picked up and returned at the circulation desk. The loan limit for interlibrary books is 3 weeks.
