Pamphlets, Brochures, and Reports (Sec. 14.220)

 

CMoS suggests that these types of sources are treated like books.

Full Note: 
1. Author First Name/Initial Surname, Title of Pamphlet: Subtitle (Place of Publication: Publisher,
Year), page #(if there is one).
 
Example:
            1. Audrey Briers, Eat, Drink and Be Merry (Oxford: Ashmolean Museum,
1990).
 
Subsequent Note: 
2. Author Surname, Title, page # (if there is one). 
 
Example:
           2. Briers, Eat, Drink and Be Merry.

Bibliography:
Author Surname, First Name or Initial. Title of Pamphlet: Subtitle. Place of Publication: Publisher,
Year.
          
Example:
 
Briers, Audrey. Eat, Drink and Be Merry. Oxford: Ashmolean Museum,
