Including Images in the Body of Your Paper

 

  • Align the image to the same 1" margins as the rest of your paper
  • Label the image Figure or Fig., with a number, starting at 1
  • Include a caption. If you do not refer to source anywhere else in your text, AND the caption includes full reference information, it is not necessary to include the source in the works cited
