Before using a web resource that has no author, ask yourself: is this a trusted source?  

If you truly cannot find out who is responsible for creating the content, the answer is probably no, and you may want to reconsider your source.

However, when there is no personal author listed on a webpage, the organization or group that has published the website is often the author.
