Loan periods depend on the type of user and the type of material being checked out. See Appendix C: Borrowing Privileges, Loan Periods and Fines for details.
Upon request, faculty and staff may borrow non-circulating materials like reference items. Reference items may be checked out for one day (See Periodicals and Reference).
Faculty and staff may also request extended loans of regular items with loan periods up to one month, with 2 regular renewals allowed (see Extended Loans).
Distance Students may have books from the regular collection mailed to them, with an extended loan period of 4 weeks (see Distance Students).
Regular Students may be granted extended loans of items that are not in high demand at staff discretion. Please ensure that this is not abused by the user.
