Voicemail

To access the Library Campus Teams Voicemail to personalize the Greeting.

  1. Open an Incognito window in your Chrome Browser:
  3. Copy & paste the Teams URL into that window:             https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/log-in
  4. Logon with username & password:

Password: CRLB2023!nic

  1. Go to Teams Settings by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner:

  3. Go to Calls à Configure Voicemail :

CV Extension 5037 is programmed with a Mitel Embedded Voicemail box.

Here are the instructions to update it.

1.)    Dial 4292 from your phone.

2.)    Enter Ext# 5037

3.)    Follow the instructions:

a)     Enter 4 digit passcode. 4444

b)     Follow the prompts to update Greeting
