Service contract covers parts, and replacement toner.  IT in CV will contact Unity Business Systems Ltd. if the problem is beyond IT capabilities.   

One toner bottle should provide 6900 copies. IT will receive an automated message when the toner is low, and they will replace it accordingly. 

For print jobs such as pamphlets or bookmarks, see: MyNIC > Employee Resources > Purchasing, Print and Retail Services/Mailroom > Print Shop.  Complete and e-mail to printshop@nic.bc.ca  Include a master copy of the item to be printed. Consult with the Coordinator Library Services before ordering through the Print Shop. 

For service to the 3M security system contact campus facilities and have the following information ready: 

  • Model #:  

  • Serial #:  (on gate sticker) 

  • Your place of business and address 

  • Description of the problem 

  • Your name and contact phone number 

Note: Having a repairman come from Vancouver is VERY expensive, see if they can walk you through anything by phone first.
