TEMPLATE (WITH AUTHOR):

Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (Year, Month followed by date of publication). Title of report in sentence case and italics: Capitalize the first word of the subtitle (Report No. 123). Name of Government Agency or Organization in Title Case. https://www.website.com/directlinktodocument/

Notes:

  • When the publisher is the same as the author, omit the publisher form the source element.
  • Include the month and date of publication for reports, when available.
  • If a report number is referred to as a catalogue number, accession number, publication number, etc. label it accordingly in the reference entry.
