TEMPLATE:

Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (Year). Title of book in sentence case and italics: Capitalize first word of subtitle (Edition information, if available). Publisher. https://www.directlinktowebpage.com/

EXAMPLE:

Schmitz, A. (2013). The impact on writing skills of tablets in college developmental English classes. Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario. https://www.deslibris.ca/ID/237491


Notes:

  • Author, A. A. = Author's surname followed by first and middle initials, when available.
  • If no date is visible, use the abbreviations n.d.
  • Provide surnames and initials for up to and including 20 authors.
  • When there are two to 20 authors, use an ampersand (&) before the final author's name.
  • When there are 21 or more authors, include the first 19 authors' names, insert an ellipsis (...), and then add the final author's name.
  • The format, platform, or device (e.g., Kindle) is not included in the reference.
  • Provide a direct link to the eBook after the publisher information.
