Timesheets must be filled out by student assistants, temp staff, and part time staff who are working shifts in addition to their regular hours.
Visit the Payroll page on my NIC (MyNIC > Employee Resources > Finance > Payroll) for the current payroll sheets (there are options for filling them out electronically or for printing them) and for instructions on filling timesheets out.
Use the following position titles when filling out timesheets:
Position/Job Title:

Student: Student Assistant
Make sure the appropriate box is ticked below position title.
Fill out the budget code as follows:
Fund: 10 (all campuses)
Location: CV: 20 PA: 80 CR: 70 PH: 40
Unit: 312100 (all campuses)
Timesheets must be signed by the Employee and the Supervisor, and forwarded to the Coordinator of Library Services prior to the date listed in the current Payroll Deadline Spreadsheet (found on the Payroll page in MyNIC)
