Account Notes

Notes can be added to user accounts in Workflows under Circulation > Users > Modify User > Extended information. Notes may include invoice numbers, confirmation that laptop or community borrower agreements have been signed, and any information that would be useful for other library staff viewing the account (ie. reasons for waived fines, concerns about excessive requests for policy exceptions etc.) 

Once all fines have been paid remove any notes under ‘Extended Information’. 

In Workflows select: Circulation > Common Tasks > Modify User > Extended information, highlight the note field, click the Delete button,   and then click Modify User and Close.
