Community Borrowers will be required to register for printing and we will have to change our registration procedure in the following ways:
Upon registration, explain that printing is not instantaneous and that there will be a 24-hour processing time
Change the Community Borrower’s PIN number to the last 4 digits of their telephone number
Explain that in order to print, they will log in using their Community Borrower Card number as the username and PIN as the password (last 4 digits of phone number)
Record their email address, Community Borrower Card number, full name, and PIN (phone number) and send a Service Desk Ticket to IT so that they can set the borrower up in PaperCut. They will email the patron to let them know when their registration is complete
A webcashier report is sent monthly for each respective campus. Sum the deposit column and it will let you know the total amount of cash you should have received from PaperCut for the month.
