ILLume sends a computer-generated email to the patron when an ILL has arrived and is ready for pick up. If the items have not been picked-up within 2 days, call and take the opportunity then, or when the item is picked up, to mention that we use their NIC e-mail address to contact.
When contacting patrons by email to advise that their requested material is ready for pick-up please use the following format:
