Articles in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews are available only in that database and as such, are formatted like periodical articles with the database name in place of the journal title.

Creating References for DynaMed

DynaMed articles and drug information pages are updated frequently and only available in that database so references should be formatted like periodical articles with the database name in place of the journal article. A retrieval date must be included in a reference entry since older versions of articles and drug information pages are not archived.
